To keep you up to date with the latest Goldn updates, we compiled a list of the latest Product Builder updates so you can create more beauty products faster!

Goldn is constantly adding features (now faster than ever before). Don't worry if you don't yet have some of the features we listed - they are on their way!

1. Create Ideation Boards as you brainstorm for your next beauty product

Organize your ideas and keep them easily accessible by creating Ideation boards and saving Pins you love. You can collect photos, articles, links, and make notes inside of ideation cards. Share your boards with team members by inviting them to Goldn. That way, you and your team will always have inspiration on hand as you brainstorm for your next beauty product! ✌️

2. Section-based quizzes designed to help you fill out each section of your Cosmetic Product Brief simply and delightfully

Your Product Brief is one of the most important documents you’ll create at the beginning of your cosmetics project. Cosmetic suppliers like to start with a brief in order to create quotes.

It is clear to you that there are various stages, such as formulation, packaging, testing, and so on. Each of these stages has its own set of questions. To make it easier for you to complete the product brief, we have developed section-based introductions. Upon clicking each section, you will be taken through the essentials through an interactive modal. There will also be an option to complete it later or skip it entirely.

3. Share Brief Updates

Based on research and interviews with various suppliers, we have updated the Share Brief questions so you won't miss anything important.

Let's say you have already filled out part of the Product Brief, and now it's time to send it to suppliers: to share, simply click on the Share Brief button in the top right corner. Once you click on it, you may need to answer a few more questions, then you can enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to share the brief with and click "send".

4. Leave Comments in Guided tasks

Guided tasks are designed to support you closely at every stage of the cosmetic product development process, so you will not miss important details as well as bring transparency to your teamwork. In any work environment, communication is essential, but it is of particular importance in cosmetics since it is a very complicated process.

In order to keep everyone up to date on what is going on, we built a collaboration feature called Comments. You can simply leave comments in each task, ask questions, mention your teammates, share notes, etc. Check it out and have fun!
