Goldn helps beauty brands and product developers get from an idea to a clear, complete product brief, and from there to the right manufacturer.
Our story
We launched Goldn in October 2021 with a simple observation: most new cosmetic products don't stall in the lab. They stall earlier, when a founder tries to explain to a manufacturer what they want. Since then, more than 900 creators have signed up and started over 500 products on Goldn, and our supplier directory lists more than 860 companies. In 2023 we paused development. In 2026 we're back, with a smaller team and a sharper focus.
What we're working on
Our users told us what matters most to them: ingredients, things to avoid, certifications and shelf life. That's where we're focusing. We're building an AI copilot that turns a product idea, written in your own words, into a formulation brief. It checks what's missing and asks you about it. The brief is meant to be something a contract manufacturer can quote on. The beta opens in spring 2027.
