List of Guided Tasks

Each item is designed to keep the focus on the required tasks. You’ll see some tasks have a Recommended mention. These tasks are critical to the product development process.

Edit a Guided Task

Click on any of the tasks to start.

You will find an Edit icon at the top right of the task.

In edit mode, you will be able to:

• Add Task Notes
• Assign a Task
• Set a Task Deadline

Once all fields have been edited, click the Confirm button to save.

Update Guided Task Status

Team members that have been assigned a task are responsible for keeping the task status up to date. There are four statuses:

• Ready to begin
• In-progress
• Complete
• Skip

Click on the box with the light grey square to edit task status.

You’ll see a dropdown list with all the available statuses. Select the one that best fits your task. Once selected, it will refresh and update the task’s current status.
